HOW WE PLAN TO WIN

In order to continue to WIN, we believe that you have to be able to master and understand every aspect of what a client needs on a campaign. Our success is built on this notion, a kind of ‘Total Football’ from the Dutch school of soccer thinking but applied to experiential marketing. By having all our senior team train in every area, it creates a degree of expertise and knowledge that our competition just cant match; in short it’s why we WIN.

Our rotational training programme takes 5-8 months (depending on prior experience) and allows you, the client, to feel confident that whichever WIN Expert handles your work you’ll get the same standards of success.

It consists of work experience in three areas:

1. WIN AMBASSADOR

We’ll have someone spend 2-4 weeks immersed in a live campaign, shadowing a marketing team and learning best-practise before getting a platform to show us what they can do with some practical hands on experience. Learning how to tell the story of the brand effectively and creating versatility as someone gets to experience multiple campaigns, this person is also getting time with the team they’ll be managing, which means they can develop a relationship and have a level of empathy to allow them to drive and motivate the team to greater effect.

2. WIN LEADER

Going from being a player to being a coach is the next transition; can this person teach the same knowledge and skills back? Ground-up learning ensures no dilution of quality through growth. We’re teaching leadership skills in the following areas here:

3. WIN JUNIOR EXPERT

A Junior Expert gets to shadow an Expert to learn how to project manage a winning campaign whilst also managing the WIN Leaders. At the third stage of the rotation we focus on:
